From October 10, 6 five-star taxi drivers began to serve Guangzhou passengers, preparing for the upcoming 102nd session of the Canton Fair.
With respect to the concept of five-star taxi drivers, appraisal is very strict. Drivers must be in the field for over 5 years and spent a year as a four-star taxi driver. To achieve this accolade, the drivers need to receive no complaints, violations of transportation regulations and not be involved in any accidents for two years.
Drivers also need to have a safe driving record for over 3 years or 150,000 kilometers, participate in relevant studies punctually, have a basic knowledge of mechanics and be acquainted with oral English.
