Working Experience:
 
He Liping is the professor, doctoral advisor as well as the Dean of the Financial Department, School of Economics and Business Administration, Beijing Normal University.

In 1978-1982, he studied politics and economics in the southwest University of Finance and Economics.

In 1984, he was enrolled to study Economic History of the World in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and in 1987, he got his master's degree and was engaged as a lecturer in the Financial Department of Chinese Institute of Finance and Banking.

In 1989, he was invited to be a visiting scholar of the Centre for International Studies,University of Cambridge. From 1990 to 1992, he was learning economics in Cambridge University as well as in Magdalene College.

In 1995, he received Ph.D. of Economics from London University. I

In 1997, he went back to teach in Chinese Institute of Finance and Banking, then in 2001, he was assigned to teach in Beijing Normal University.
