Mayor of Guangzhou Mr. Zhang Guangning, received a delegation lead by the Mayor of Frankfurt Ms. Petra Roth from Germany, and attended the opening ceremony to celebrate the 20th anniversary of friendship between Guangzhou and Frankfurt.
