"The Human Being and the Environment" Art exhibition by the Association of Artists of the Fine Arts Frankfurt

24 artists will present their work on almost 1400 m2 in the Guangzhou Museum of Art. An independent jury has selected the works of the applicants in advance. Paintings, graphics, etchings, woodcuts, serigraphs, computer photo compositions, photography, assemblages, as well as sculptures will be exhibited.

The different media get their cohesion by dealing with the topics of human beings and the environment. 24 individual views of the issue, clarified by the specific translation into each medium, encompass the main focuses: the human being in his being and actions, as the nearest part of our environment. Furthermore the city as our living space that we have all more or less jointly designed (based on our wishes and abilities), as well as the further surroundings, our landscape as an experiential space but also as a space of distress, used by people - in addition to its use for nourishment - for one's own material, but also one's own sensuous added value.
