Membership is one of the ways American farms survive. This is the case for family-operated Full Belly Farm in Capay Valley.  About 1, 200 members will receive a box of organic agricultural food from the farm every week. The value of USD 18 per box is much cheaper than that of the farmers' markets and supermarket, even though the farm also supplies products to local markets and restaurant kitchens.

A home-made lunch on the lawn

It was a fantastic experience to have an outdoor lunch and activities on the lawn. The wooden table with gorgeous home-made dishes was set up. We tasted home-made bread, tomato jam and goat, baked beans and fresh melon.

We were invited to tour the 350-acre farm – discovering the chickens, tomatoes, and sunflowers. The farm is run by two brothers and their wives working together to manage the farm. Local school students will join the summer camp in summer time. If you dream of an organic wedding, the farm is able to arrange the perfect one for you here.
